Fully renovated charming gîte between Bergerac and Saint Emilion. The gîte adjoins the owners’ house. Ideally located between the Dordogne and Gironde vineyards, Gîte de la Lézardière comfortably accommodates up to six guests. All on one level, it features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with fireplace, a spacious bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and a bathroom with toilet. Travel cot available on request. A second upstairs bedroom sleeps four (one 140 cm bed and one sofa bed). Enjoy outdoor dining in the furnished area and relax in the large, secure 11x5 m pool, shared with the owners. Private access to the pool is ensured at set times, with no direct view from the owners. On-site parking for one vehicle. Beds are made on arrival. Located in the heart of Saint Martin de Gurson, you can walk to the grocery store and bakery, and you’re just five minutes from a lake with a supervised beach. Pets allowed under conditions.
