On one level, it features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with fireplace, a spacious bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and a bathroom with toilet. Travel cot available on request. Upstairs, a second bedroom sleeps four (one 140 cm bed and one sofa bed). Enjoy outdoor dining in the furnished area and relax in the large secure 11x5 m pool, shared with the owners (with set hours ensuring your private access without being overlooked). On-site parking for one car. Beds are made on arrival. Located in the heart of Saint Martin de Gurson, you can walk to local shops (grocery and bakery) and are just 5 minutes from a lake with a supervised beach. Pets allowed under certain conditions.
